White Glove Delivery Checklist
Room should be cleared & ready to accept the merchandise. Don't forget to put your pets away!
We’ll professionally unpack and assemble your new furniture and put it exactly where you want it. The delivery team will NOT install bedroom or table handles.
Our delivery team is not responsible for bringing any packaging back with them on the truck. They will neatly place the packaging in the backyard or where you designate them to.
Delivery time frame is between 10:30-5:30. Your Driver will contact you in the morning with a estimated window time. You may request the driver to give you a 20 minute call ahead in case you are not home.
In the rare occurrence one of your products is damaged we will make it right! Our service representative at the direction of the manufacture will either repair or replace the damaged product.
